West County Health’s Youth Services Program offers the West County Teen Clinic at 652 Petaluma Ave., Suite F in Sebastopol. The clinic is open to folks 12 to 26 years old and offers services by appointment or walk-in, Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 5 pm. Services are free and confidential and include sexual, reproductive, and behavioral health services, family planning, STI/HIV testing and treatment, immunizations, pregnancy care, mental health counseling, and gender‑affirming services in a safe, non-judgmental space.
