Welcome to Open Doors—where everyone belongs. We believe that every person, regardless of where they come from, deserves support, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive. As part of our county’s commitment to building a more welcoming and inclusive community, we invite all residents and their families to access a range of safety net services designed to support your well-being, stability, and success. We are here to support immigrants and their families with services like food, healthcare, housing, employment, and more. These resources are here for you—so you can feel safe, cared for, and ready to build your future.

Accessing support services shouldn’t be complicated.

At the heart of Sonoma County, we believe that everyone should have access to the services they need to thrive. That’s why we’re launching the Open Doors Campaign—a community-wide initiative designed to make it easier to navigate and access vital services.
