Today & Together is a warm, structured, and welcoming adult day program where older adults, including those living with dementia or other care needs, can enjoy meaningful and engaging days while remaining connected to their community. The program also provides family caregivers with valuable time to rest, recharge, work, attend appointments, or simply take care of themselves with the reassurance that their loved one is in a safe and supportive environment. Each day at Today & Together includes small-group activities, shared meals, physical movement, creative opportunities, socialization, and meaningful engagement, all supported by trained and compassionate caregivers and dedicated volunteers. Many older adults benefit from having more structure, social connection, and stimulation than they may receive at home. An adult day program offers companionship, enrichment, and professional support without requiring a move to assisted living or another residential care setting. At the same time, family caregivers gain greater balance and much-needed respite from the demands of daily caregiving.
