Santa Rose Junior College (SRJC) offers free GED (General Educational Development) and HiSET (High School Equivalency Test) exam preparation classes in English and Spanish. Classes are offered in person at the Santa Rosa, Roseland and Petaluma campuses and also online, allowing students to choose the learning format that best fits their needs. The classes are offered throughout the day, including morning, afternoon, and evening options, making it easier for students to fit learning into their work and family schedules. We welcome individuals who left high school before graduating and would like to continue their education and earn a high school equivalency certificate. We offer a welcoming learning environment with experienced, supportive instructors. There is no maximum age limit to enroll in our GED/HiSET preparation classes. The minimum age to take the GED or HiSET exam itself is 18 years old, however individuals may be eligible to take the exam 60 days before their 18th birthday or before depending on California testing requirements. Whether you are preparing for a better job, planning to attend college, or simply working toward a personal goal, these classes can help you achieve success! Visit the website to see the class schedule and express interest. A registration technician will then contact you. You may also call for more information and assistance. Call 707-527-4229 or
