The Mobile Health Clinic is a program of the Community Benefit Department of Providence. Our mission is to be the safety net and entry point to medical care for the under-insured population in Sonoma County. We provide care for the most vulnerable in our community with the goal of treating patients and then referring them to establish primary care medical home to a community clinic of their choice.
