If you have a child (between birth to three) with a disability, you believe your child may have a disability or delay, Early Start Family Resource Centers are a great source of information and support. Parents and caregivers can get connected to one-on-one assistance, coaching, mentoring, and other early start services so they can make sure their child has what they need to grow and thrive. Finding your way through our service systems can be tricky and overwhelming, our Community Navigator Program can help. The program uses an effective peer-to-peer support or Promatora, model that is shown to support access to Regional Centers and other community resources.
