At the Humane Society of Sonoma County, we believe pets belong with the families who love them. The goal of our Community Veterinary Clinic (CVC) is to reduce pet surrender or euthanasia for families who cannot afford vet care. We strive to provide a safety net for low-income pet owners in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. The CVC no longer provides urgent medical care and does not provide wellness services. Our current scope of practice is focused on surgery and sedated procedures as well as quality of life/end of life care. We strive to provide care to as many families as we are able but cannot accept every case. Our team will help provide options whether with us or another provider in the area.
