The Humane Society of Sonoma County is a locally founded, donor-supported nonprofit organization. We provide a safe haven for animals and do not receive federal or state funding or financial aid from any other humane society or shelter. We are dedicated to transforming animal welfare in Sonoma County through prevention, community veterinary care, innovative sheltering, education, and partnerships. Let our training professionals guide you to a healthy, happy relationship with your dog. Classes are held at our Santa Rosa and Healdsburg locations as well as off-campus locations in the county. Visit our website for a list of puppy and dog classes currently available from ranging from beginning to advanced with special behavior modification offerings. Consultations and private classes are also available. Animal behavior resource libraries are also available on the website.
