Since becoming an official 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2020, Homeless Action Sonoma has been working tirelessly to provide: Temporary Emergency Shelter–A safe haven for those experiencing homelessness while they work toward stability; Supportive Services–Resources that address immediate needs like food, hygiene, and mental health support; and Spearhead Sustainable Housing Efforts– Long-term strategies to create permanent, affordable housing options in Sonoma Valley.
