In 2020 Homeless Action Sonoma opened the Home & Safe Village where we provide shelter, food, hygiene and number of other services to our unhoused neighbors in the Sonoma Valley. In collaboration with Catholic Charities and with support from other partners, the village offers Temporary Emergency Shelter-a safe haven for those experiencing homelessness while they work toward stability; Supportive Services-resources that address immediate needs like food, hygiene, and mental health support; Permanent Housing Placement-long-term strategies to create permanent, affordable housing options in Sonoma Valley.
