Since 1983, Face to Face has evolved from our founding response to the AIDS crisis to become a comprehensive community health resource. We offer care services, mental health support, community outreach and prevention services. By meeting people where they are – both literally through our mobile services and figuratively through our compassionate approach – we work to create a healthier, more equitable Sonoma County for all.
