ELI’s Parents as Teachers (PAT) program is designed to help promote children’s development and well-being through a healthy home environment and parent support. Through FREE individually tailored home visits (once or twice monthly with a Developmental Specialist), we provide parents with additional information, education, and access to our network of community resources. These visits help families identify, establish and complete individualized goals while providing resources to ensure the child and family’s success. PAT also hosts monthly activities meant to help foster rich learning environments for families. Our program is open to all family configurations, including kinship-care.
