ICE maintains an official directory of all Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Field Offices, and each listing includes the office’s phone number, address, and hours where available. If you are trying to locate a detainee and know which field office they were taken to, you can find that phone number here and call the office for information. For families and advocates, completing a Form 60-001 (Privacy Waiver Authorizing Disclosure to a Third Party) before an emergency occurs can be very helpful because obtaining the detainee’s signature after detention may be much more difficult and without it, ICE may not release information. Note that as of July, 2026, the current form expires 90 days after signing. Visit the website for the list of ERO offices and a link to download the 60-001 form.
