Establishes, enforces and modifies Child Support orders. Provides Debt Reduction Program for arrears owed to State of CA and establishes paternity (fatherhood). Assists with locating parents, requesting child support orders from the court, requesting medical support orders from the court, enforcing child and spousal support orders, modifying child support orders, and collecting and sending child support.
