Our Family Resource Center services are available to those who live or work in northern Sonoma County, including Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville and Cloverdale. Services include individual and family holistic case management, financial coaching and financial literacy, wraparound services, computer skills, direct financial assistance, immigration tools and resources, and referrals to partner agencies. Our financial assistance program provides essential support to individuals and families facing financial hardship.
