The Community Child Care Council (4Cs) is Sonoma County’s state funded Child Care Resource & Referral Agency offering free child care referrals and is our largest child care subsidy organization serving children birth to 12 years old. 4Cs is a vital resource & navigation hub for families, care providers and the community at large. Since 1972, we have worked to ensure every child in Sonoma County has the care and early education they need. 4Cs Preschools provide a supportive learning environment for young children that promotes each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while responding to the needs of children and their families. 4Cs also offers programs, resources and training for child care providers in the community and parenting support and resource programs.
