Circuit Riders Community Services hires youth ages 18 to 25 to work on ecological crews restoring Sonoma County’s natural landscapes while creating workforce pathways for at-risk and other youth. Projects include fire fuels reduction, habitat restoration, and trail building. Restoration Crew members receive employment training, nature-connection opportunities, and social services in paid positions with Circuit Rider. Youth earn wages, develop job skills, and contribute to climate resilience, while the community benefits from healthier ecosystems and reduced wildfire risk.
