Why Mobile Services Matter

Sonoma County is committed to building a welcoming, inclusive community where there is no wrong door to get support. Bringing services directly into neighborhoods – especially those that have been underserved – reduces barriers and helps more residents feel safe, informed, and supported.

Our mobile services teams work closely with trusted local partners, reflecting our shared values of dignity, hope, and opportunity.

Partner With Us

We partner with organizations across the county to bring mobile services closer to the people who need them. Host sites provide a location and access to basic amenities like restrooms. As the program grows, we will expand to more neighborhoods.

If your organization is interested in hosting one or both vans, please email us.
